• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 20 Taka reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

• Registering under a false identity.
• Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts or third-party information.
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other users.
• Using the platform in violation of the laws of any country.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

20 Taka may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Prolonged inactivity on your account (12 months or more).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure (terms apply).

9. Responsible Gaming
